Shops are selected and assessed on how seriously they work. Not everyone is listed: this is a network of trust, not an exhaustive directory. A professional who does not meet our standards can be removed.

Sign up from the professional area: €1.99 for the first month for the first of its trade in the town. A fair price, real statistics, and the guarantee that a request goes to a single partner.

OnBouge reserves 1 single partner per town and per trade. As long as no professional has paid their subscription, the seat is « free » — a free listing does not reserve it. As soon as a professional pays, they secure the seat and become the official partner; the others go on a waiting list.

Yes, from the « Reviews » page. Any registered resident can speak up, for good or ill, about a shop or a place. To keep out fake reviews, you provide proof that it concerns you (receipt, order number…) which stays private. Every review is moderated before publication (no insults, no politics, no religion; a factual negative review remains legitimate) and the professional has a right of reply.

OnBouge can help the conversation between you and the professional (amicable resolution), free of charge for residents. It is not official consumer mediation, but re-opening contact is often enough to unblock things.

OnBouge is a web app: open app.onbouge.eu on your phone, then « Add to Home Screen ». Nothing to download from a store.

OnBouge is published by PROenVUE Unipessoal Lda, an independent company. The platform is hosted in France, never resells your data and gives 1 % to Élan-Entreprendre.
